Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description Job Description Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for driving world class strategic and financial planning methods, building long-range operating plans to support business initiatives and developing rolling forecast to ensure resources are leveraged with maximum effectiveness.

You will be responsible for operationalizing and cultivating data-driven planning processes and improving upon monthly and quarterly reporting. This career-building role will ample opportunity for collaboration and direct communication with senior leadership. Who we are:

Enjoy a professional and dynamic work environment while making work/life balance a priority. What you will do: Collaborate with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights.

Collaborate closely with cross functional partners in Accounting and Operations to execute plans. Make and supervise forecasting reports. Oversee weekly, quarterly, and annual Area/Segment-level Bookings and P&L forecasting.

Enable effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support. Provide monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required. Check performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities.

What we look for: 3-5 years of experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited university Experience in a rapidly growing environment/organization preferred. Proficient in Excel Experience using PowerBI (intermediate skill level minimum) Strong people skills; comfortability working with Operations and office leaders. Strong project management and organizational skills Self-starter with the ability to motivate team members and provide direction.
