Chewy seeks a motivated, independent, and confident Senior Financial Analyst - Operations u0026amp; Supply Chain Finance to provide financial planning and analysis support to Chewy's Operational u0026amp; Supply Chain Organizations.u0026nbsp; In this high visibility role, you will have an opportunity to support Chewy's logistical engine with a focus on planning and reporting.u0026nbsp; Your business partners will be located at various locations throughout the United States, but you will be based out of one of our Eastern PA fulfillment Centers to enable you to gain the operational knowledge necessary to support the business.
What You'll Do:
Leader of the financial planning and analysis process for our fulfillment network and Supply Chain organizations.u0026nbsp; You will be the Operations and Supply Chain SME for the strategic planning, target setting, and annual planning processes.u0026nbsp; In addition, you will support ad hoc risk and opportunities analyses to support resource allocations.
Deliver business insight, reporting and analysis to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and their leadership teams as well as Senior Leadership within Finance including the CFO.
Support the weekly business review process, which tracks many of the same KPIs aggregated and reviewed during the monthly financial reporting processes.
Pursue continuous improvement in financial planning and analysis working with the Corporate Finance and Accounting teams to improve forecasting and reporting.
Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key financial data and operational KPIs are accurate and timely.
Support Capital Planning within the Organization including financial analysis, cost/benefit tracking, and business case development.
Partner with peers within Operations and Supply Chain Finance to support network initiatives that may require you to visit or partner with teams at multiple locations.
What You'll Need:
BA/BS in Finance, Business, or Information Systems degree required; MBA/CPA a plus
Supply Chain, Logistics, Fulfillment, distribution center, or operations experience
Financial Planning u0026amp; Analysis Experience supporting a publicly traded company
3+ years of experience in a leadership role
Strong analytical and modeling skills, and experience in supporting business case development, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Advanced MS Office Suite skills; required proficiency in Excel
Ability to think creatively, work independently and as part of a team to solve problems given limited resources and time, have a strong work ethic, and adhere to deadlines
Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Experience with financial systems (SAP, Hyperion, NAV, Oracle)
