Our financial services / leasing client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team to assist with heavy financial planning and analytics, budgeting, and reporting. The Senior Financial Analyst will be an integral component to the finance team and have extensive exposure and visibility to its senior management nationwide. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Prepare budgets and provide various analysis including actual versus budget and estimated revenue and expense forecasts
  • Present financial forecasts and analyze and identify trends and communicate these trends to senior management for implementation
  • Partner with senior leadership by providing detailed information on business unit revenues and expenses and recommend improvements in programs and procedures
  • Identify key operational issues through proactive analysis of financial performance and indicators
  • Assist senior management with measuring financial results and performance

The qualified Senior Financial Analyst must have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related area with approximately 4 8 years of experience in corporate financial planning and analysis. MBA preferred. Revenue/sales forecasting experience required. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess the impact of operations on financial results are required. In addition, the qualified candidate should have strong cognitive, communication, and leadership skills. The ability to work independently but also as a contributing team member in a fast paced environment is critical. Strong systems skills including advanced Excel are required.

RBs are also trained in cash transactions and may be asked to process these transactions both accurately and efficiently when needed.
