Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in the Alexandria, VA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing support in regard to the Audit Readiness and Audit/Exam Remediation Support to the Department of Defense (DoD) Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) in Alexandria, VA.

  • Interacting with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) and the ODOs to assist in remediation of audit findings.

  • Leading and managing multi-task projects of high complexity, assign work tasks to team members, overseeing and directing team member efforts, and developing, maintaining, monitoring and controlling work project plans.

  • Directing the completion of projects within estimated time frames and budget constraints, coordinating project specific parties, and reviewing and approving work products for quality, completeness, and adherence to customer requirements.

  • Interfacing with the client on a daily basis.

  • Delivering presentations and leading client meetings.

  • Conducting compilation and review of JV & adjusting entries.

  • Preparing Fund Balance with Treasury (FBWT) reconciliations.

  • Assisting in drafting MOUs with Service Providers.

  • Developing and validating existing process flows and narratives to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Executing recurring testing: Implementing sustainment strategy by performing monthly testing of key controls and supporting documentation.

  • Developing and validating corrective actions for the results.

  • Evaluating and performing root cause analysis of audit and examination NFRs.

  • Developing and implementing remediation plans.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years progressive experience in leading teams, performing financial management, change management, strategic communications, business process re-engineering, data analytics, or financial management systems implementation initiatives.

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA, CGFM, or CDFM preferred.

  • Experience with DoD or ODO preferred.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active Secret Security clearance or higher.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office.

  • The person in this position will need to be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

The Senior Financial Analyst supports centralized financial analysis within Operations Divisions, Growth, and CALIBRE Corporate Headquarters. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, financial analysis, dashboard reporting, forecasting, and business analytics. This individual will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and support management decisions by providing actionable financial information, analysis, and reports. Duties: * Support the Corporate Leadership Team (CLT) with financial analysis and business analytics * Perform the full lifecycle of financial analysis, as it pertains to revenue and profitability.
