Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide evaluation, modeling, forecasting and analytical support for various projects within our company's portfolio. As an integral member of the Financial Planning & Analysis corporate team, the candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the FP&A process and collaborate with others to manage projects timely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
Monitor and update lease activity in Argus and maintain individual property models to show the financial impact on both Cash and GAAP NOI.
Assist in the quarterly and year-end financial closes, including reviewing quarterly financial trends and providing flux analysis.
Manage the Master Rent Roll for the assigned portfolio and provide support for financial reporting.
Assist in the annual budget preparation through review of property-level revenue and capital spend for accuracy and analyze comparative models for final presentation to the executive team.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field
3-5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
2-3 years of work experience in Real Estate
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Real Estate Modeling (e.g. Argus)
Knowledge of Real Estate Accounting Software (e.g. MRI)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects timely and accurately
Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Focused self-starter with a polished and professional demeanor
