DFMMJ Investments, LLC, d/b/a Liberty Health Sciences Florida, Ltd. is a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center that has been granted a license by the Florida Department of Health to cultivate, process, transport, and dispense low-THC cannabis, medical cannabis, and cannabis delivery devices pursuant to
Florida Statutes.

Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting the Manager, Financial Reporting and the Controller in issuing financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.

    • Reconciliation of key general ledger accounts, including bank accounts, prepaids, inventory, fixed assets, accounts payable and intercompany accounts.
    • Based on the above reconciliations, prepare period end journal entries for review by the Controller and Manager, Financial Reporting.
    • Work closely with operations teams to ensure accounting records are complete and accurate, particularly in respect of standard costs maintenance in inventory and fixed asset management.
    • Work closely with operations to provide inputs for budgets and forecasts.
    • Prepare internal reporting as required, including bi-weekly internal cash position reports, weekly sales reports for external stakeholders, quarterly royalty reports, etc.
    • Together with the finance team, engage with auditors to ensure their information requirements are met for the year-end audit as required;Assist Senior Management with special projects as needed.
    • Assist Senior Management with special projects as needed.


    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, Jet Reports and PowerBI preferred;
    • Background in manufacturing is a plus;
    • Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Check (FBI);
    • Strong attention to detail;
    • Must be responsible and self-managed;
    • Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills;
    • Independent worker able to plan and prioritize workflow.

Analyze incentive contract terms to assess Visa's contractual obligations and determine appropriate accounting treatment. * Review proforma and Accounting Treatment form to ensure accuracy of contract interpretation and application of Visa's accounting policy respectively. * Prepare monthly estimated amortization and payment schedules per contract terms and Visa's Accounting Policy. * Create excel models to determine contractual commitments per the terms of the contract, ensuring that all key obligations have been accurately addressed. * Review on-going contract performance and update future performance /amortization schedules, as needed. * Review contractual payments per terms of acceptance contracts. Liaison with stakeholders to determine the fulfillment of contractual obligations. Assist in the resolution of related issues and discrepancies. * Analyze and explain the variances between forecasted and actual contractual commitments and prepare the necessary adjustments. * Provide timely reporting to External Reporting and Accounting Operations. * Work on Client Incentive projects to support Client Incentive Operations. * Committed to continuous process improvement. * Provide ad-hoc analytical support to numerous internal and external parties. * Gather and report performance metrics for his/her contracts assigned as well as monthly manual accruals, commitment reports, etc. * B.S. degree in accounting or finance with accounting experience is a must * 7+ years of relevant working experience * Proficient to read, write, speak in Spanish required * Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel skill.
