The Financial Analyst Senior will be responsible for work related to forecasting, annual budgeting, investment & debt tracking, operating plan variance analysis, and special projects. This role will provide strategic support to Senior Management, including financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, and other projects requested by Senior Management. This role acts as the analytical engine of LCMC to provide insight and support optimal business decision-making. The Financial Analyst Senior will provide strategic direction, oversight and support to hospital affiliates, physician groups, and other System entities, as needed.

Minimum:
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in Healthcare
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Strong leadership skills
Ability to analyze data and present it in a comprehensive manner
High standards of accuracy and precision
Highly organized
Articulate - both orally and in written communication
Ability to think creatively and problem solve
Self-motivated
Demonstrated ability to work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
Prior experience in working with and/or supporting Senior Executives a plus
