Position Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the organization. This role encompasses financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of financial and accounting principles, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis and Reporting · Develop and maintain financial analyses to support business planning and profitability decisions. · Provide key insights and recommendations by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. · Design and implement reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Budgeting and Forecasting · Support the team with annual budgeting process, building out budget templates and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. · Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, updating assumptions and identifying key drivers. · Monitor and report on budget vs. actual performance, providing explanations for variances. Business Partnership · Act as a financial business partner to marketing departments, providing financial and business operations support. · Foster strong working relationships across the organization to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. 2 years of investment banking or financial services experience is a plus.

Experience in the Direct-to-Consumer industry is a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques. Experience with financial planning software and Business Intelligence systems (e.g., PowerBI). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and accuracy.
