Senior Financial Analyst, Fp&A (Hybrid)

• This is a hybrid role on-site in Hoffman Estates, IL*

Purpose of Role: The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A is the lead financial analyst supporting the FP&A team and managing the P&L. They will partner with all departments throughout the business to provide guidance, reporting, and analytics to understand results and support key decision-making initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare period end results, preparation of forecasts, Annual Plan, along with financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.

• Assist with preparation of various monthly and quarterly deck presentations.

• Build strong relationships across the departments and provide support for key business deliverables and decisions (e.g., forecasting, budgeting, post-close analysis, etc.)

• Automate manual tasks, reporting, collaboration techniques to increase productivity and accuracy.

• Support the Accounting department during month and quarter end close to ensure financial data accuracy.

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study; MBA preferred.

• 3-5 years of professional FP&A experience in a retail, CPG, or similar industry organization.

• Demonstrated experience managing financial models.

• Advanced Excel skills required, proficient with Microsoft Office product suite including Microsoft Teams, and Essabse.

• Advanced analytical skills coupled with an ability to interpret data, communicate findings, and propose recommendations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to balance competing priorities and secure resolution through interdepartmental collaboration.

• Strong business acumen; retail store experience a plus.

• Ability to perform and remain organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Aptitude to influence colleagues, peers, and cross-functional teams throughout the organization.

• Proven ability to balance strategy and business objectives with challenging guest experience requirements.
