Posted 2 months ago is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Austin Finance team. We are seeking a highly-motivated professional with experience in financial acumen such as forecasting, variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, labor modeling, and goal setting to name a few. This position will function as a key business partner for Account Management, Fulfillment, and Operations teams in Austin, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity for any person who loves being a Finance SME and business partner to operational and sales teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Forecast, track, and report on operational and financial performance for Cost of Goods Sold that include our Fulfillment and Account Management divisions

  • Partner with FP&A to complete iterative monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles with a high degree of accuracy

  • Provide monthly P&L variance analyses and KPI reviews over financial and operational performance for an executive audience

  • Devise and manage headcount budgets for Operations teams via labor and efficiency modeling

  • Develop and deliver weekly / monthly business review packages to provide meaningful insight back to operational leaders

  • Partner with Operations and Finance teams on projects and ad hoc assignments to drive efficiency within the business

  • Partner with Data Services to create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly dashboards on operational metrics for key stakeholders


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with highly motivated team members

  • Self-starter attitude comfortable with working both independently and collaboratively with business partners as needed

  • Highly analytical and quantitative, with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to quickly and effectively build partnerships with stakeholders across the company

  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to effectively present analyses to both internal and external clients and influence change

  • B.A., preferably in Finance, Economics or related fields

  • A minimum of two years of experience in Operations leadership or Finance

  • Ability to autonomously manage multiple, competing priorities

  • Advanced Excel skills, Tableau dashboard creation, Anaplan experience a plus
