We are seeking a high performance, self-motivated, professional looking for an opportunity to support First Insight's business growth as a Senior Financial Analyst.

Job Summary

This role, Senior Financial Analyst, is responsible for assisting and supporting Finance/Operations with strategic planning, projections, analysis and reporting as well as complex projects regarding profitability, metrics analysis, workflow efficiency, and industry and competitor analysis. As part of a growing company and team that values performance, quality and integrity; a self-motivated, detail oriented, and organized financial analyst possessing excellent time-management skills will be of great value to our team. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Strategic Financial Planning

  • Annual Financial Planning

  • Pricing and Segmental Profitability

  • SaaS Metrics Reporting and Analysis

  • Industry and Competitor Analysis

  • Monthly F/S Preparation support

  • Collaborate on projects with Finance and Administration team

  • Identify and establish efficiencies in workflow

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 5 Years of Applicable Experience

  • Proven track record of success

  • MBA

  • Understanding of data analytics

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment balancing multiple responsibilities

  • Outstanding listening, verbal, and written skills

  • Goal-oriented with high personal drive and integrity

  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, accuracy-focused, with ability to adhere to strict deadlines

  • Excellent Time Management skills

  • Adheres to best practices in confidentiality and handling of sensitive data

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (Word, Outlook useful)

  • Experience with NetSuite helpful but not essential

  • Comfortable working in a team environment

Must be authorized to work in the US
