Duration : Direct Hire Job Title : Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst Location : Remote (Candidate must reside near Burlington, MA) Compensation: $115-125K annual salary plus bonus and benefits Scope of Position / Overview of Responsibilities Reporting to the FP&A Manager as part of an 8-person team: Responsible for creating and maintaining complex financial models to support the monthly forecasting process and on-going ad-hoc analysis Responsible for financial modeling, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting with focus on revenue, expense and headcount management Partner directly with senior management and other internal stakeholders Work both within the Finance team and with other departments (HR, Sales, Operations, etc.) Prepare management reports & dashboards focused around financial & operational KPI’s Drive reporting automation and develop new and improved metrics and processes. Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Build financial models for new business concepts Assist in the annual budgeting process Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Financial Planning, including supporting both sides of the P&L (expense and revenue) Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively. Preference for experience in SaaS, Tech, Professional Services, or Consulting-related industry highly preferred Preference for experience in ASC 606 revenue recognition, specifically as it pertains to recognition of Professional Services/Consulting revenue (fixed fee, percentage of completion, time & materials, etc.) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
