Job Summary:

The Tyson Exports Solution (TES) Senior Financial Analyst is part of the International Business Unit (IBU) finance team, supporting and influencing global import and export teams to make data-driven decisions. The selected candidate will be responsible for recurring and ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting of projected P&L performance for total Tyson, and data entry for internal pricing transactions. Success in this role will support the growth of the enterprise by building, standardizing, and executing reports and processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Price Reporting: Development of recurring and ad-hoc price reporting alongside BU pricing teams.

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Total Tyson financial performance reporting, which will require the ability to collaborate across functions / BUs to ensure accuracy and transparency.

  • Transfer Pricing: Own internal transfer pricing execution in Tyson systems and communicate to regional BUs to ensure appropriate compliance with transfer pricing policies. Successful communication will require an understanding of cost inputs driving the transfer price.

  • Risk Management: Assess and quantify internal/external market risks to the export trade lane business flows.

  • Business Process: Drive continuous improvement of existing processes and tools to deliver efficiency and effective decision-making.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Trade Access & Compliance, Global Sourcing, and Trade Lane Managers, to develop and grow the international trade organization.

Requirements:

  • Education/Certifications: Relevant degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Experience: 3 -5 years of work experience in Finance, Revenue Management, Business Development, Category Management, or Accounting. FMCG experience is a plus.

  • Computer Skills: Strong excel based skills required, including experience working with large data sets. Experience working with SAP Financial applications and Power BI is strongly recommended.

  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

  • Special Skills: Both global and business acumen are required working across multiple geographies and cultures in an FMCG marketplace. Basic knowledge of transfer pricing across an MNC is a plus.

  • Supervisory: None

  • Travel: 1 - 3 domestic trips per year; potential for international travel is opportunity based.
