This position is responsible to partner with and provide financial analysis and support to multiple business leaders across the dental group organization.
Primary responsibilities will include detailed monthly sales, GP & variance analysis, preparing the quarterly GP $ targets for sales reps and regions, customer/product segment sales and margin trend reporting and analysis, pro-forma, financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
Other responsibilities may include assisting with commission calculations, process efficiency improvement projects and tracking of sales force performance. This position will report into the Senior Manager of Sales Administration
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently as well as with a strong team. The successful candidate will also be highly analytical who is willing to learn new business concepts as well as take on complex financial models, analysis, and advanced technical tools such as access databases and advanced excel functionality. The candidate must also be very comfortable working directly with divisional executives as well as multiple regional sales and zone general managers.

Receive minimal instruction on day-to-day work and general instruction on new projects or assignments. May act as a resource to provide informal guidance for TSMs with less experience. Assignments can be broad in nature.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance.

Advanced proficiency with Excel & Financial Modeling skills as well as the ability to work with multiple systems (financial reporting, general ledger, data warehouse) is required.
Experience with Microsoft Access, JD Edwards, Hyperion and Siebel a plus. Leadership of process improvement projects is preferred.
Typically, to advance to a new job level, TSMs must demonstrate professional behavior and should consistently be at the high-end of meets expectations or consistently exceed expectations.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
