We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will bring innovation, creativity and a great attitude to our team. In this role you will report to the Senior Manager Finance and you will be a key member of the finance team. You will apply your expertise in reporting, analysis and provide business support while nurturing business partnerships with key stakeholders.
Education Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related area
Strong knowledge of finance / analytics with at least 2-4 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis or related analytical field
Demonstrated high proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel

Demonstrates financial responsibility and reliability; must be detail oriented
Demonstrates the ability to understand and challenge the status quo, as necessary
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Support monthly reporting and analysis, monthly and quarterly forecasts and the annual planning process
Proactively manage the marketing investment spend to identify risks and opportunities
Perform ad-hoc financial modelling (such as business cases) and analysis
Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous improvement in processes and efficiency within the marketing finance organization
Perform variance analysis, including actual to budget and year over year performance
This role may also be required to prepare and analyze recurring journal entries as needed in support of month and quarter close activities
Assist with the financial planning cycle including preparations and maintenance of data and schedules related to the planning cycle
