Job Description

• Assist in the development of the annual operating plan and forecasts by partnering with business, operations, and finance leaders

• Produce and analyze monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis to prior year, annual operating plan and forecasts

• Provide insightful analysis of financial results to business leaders

• Perform ad-hoc analyses and make recommendations that drives problem solving and leads to better business outcomes

• Assist with preparation of the monthly financial presentations

• Partner with business leadership on strategic initiatives to manage costs and drive growth

• Work with cross-functional teams to manage P&L expectations

• Design and build dynamic financial models that facilitate understanding drivers of results; communicate results to finance and business leaders

• Partner with FP&A leadership to drive continuous process improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; MBA/CPA preferred

• Strong financial systems experience, preferably Essbase and Hyperion Planning

• Advance Microsoft Excel skills, intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint and PowerBI with the ability to quickly learn various in-house systems and applications

• Experience with cost analysis, forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling and business analysis

• Comfortable working within a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail, highly organized, effective time management skills, and excellent work ethic

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Basic understanding of US GAAP
