*Position Details

Provides analytical and customer support for Cox Business (CB) with focus on creation of business cases to support new sales opportunities across the Cox Business portfolio. This position will support the Enterprise Client Support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides detailed financial analysis and support in the creation of complex business cases for large strategic enterprise projects within Cox Business

  • Partners with Bus Ops, Strategy, and other CCI teams to develop and support business initiatives

  • Communicate and create summary of key items during project approvals with executive team.

  • Provide additional support on business cases for Carrier and Product Dev projects

  • Proactively works with Sales and Operations teams to drive key business initiatives

  • Partners with key stakeholders to identify and assess business risks and opportunities

  • Work effectively on multiple assignments, activities or projects

  • Identify opportunities and implement changes to improve processes and reports

  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions and evaluation of new opportunities

  • Maintains knowledge of CB revenue recognition and financial reporting guidelines

  • Initiates post-mortem business case reviews on enterprise projects.

  • Assist in the maintaining and enhancement of corporate MIRR model, templates and policies

  • Provides additional client support in the integration of forecasting and budgeting as it relates to Business Case affordability

Qualifications:Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in a related field (Finance, Accounting, Business) 3+ years of experience required if candidate possesses a related advanced degree.

  • Attention to detail with the ability to understand concepts and translate that into financials

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling and financial analysis skills.

  • Strong presentation skills. Excellent knowledge and ability to create and present PowerPoint presentations.

  • Self-starter with flexibility and willingness to balance multiple priorities. Experienced in organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating ones own work

  • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and presentation skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline

  • Experience in telecommunications industry

The Agency for Persons with Disabilities works in partnership with local communities to support people with developmental disabilities in living, learning, and working in their communities. APD provides critical services and supports for customers with developmental disabilities to reach their full potential. The Agency serves people with spina bifida, autism, Down syndrome, children age 3-5 at high risk of developmental disabilities, cerebral palsy, Prader-Willi syndrome, Phelan-McDermid syndrome, and intellectual disabilities. Provide recommendations to include the justification for service or denial of services. Completes Behavior Analysis Service Eligibility report annually for consumers requesting or receiving 1:1 ADT service ratio by conducting a documentation review to include reviewing the Functional Assessment, Behavior Analysis Service Plan (BASP), and other required documents. Provide recommendations to include the justification for service or denial of services. Completes Behavior Analysis Service Eligibility report annually for consumers requesting or receiving Residential Habilitation Behavior Focus by conducting a documentation review to include reviewing the Functional Assessment, Behavior Analysis Service Plan (BASP), and other required documents. Provide recommendations to include the justification for service or denial of services.
