Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Fp&A

Job Description:

The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A, is responsible for management reporting, financial planning, forecasting and analysis for Axalta Coating Systems' Enterprise results. The position can be based either at our Philadelphia or Glen Mills, PA offices.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:

• Lead and streamline enterprise consolidated reporting process.

• Track KPIs and prepare financial reports.

• Review and analyze Axalta financials, highlighting key business drivers.

• Analyze monthly and quarterly variances compared to budget, forecasts and prior year.

• Contribute to ad hoc management requests.

• Participate in the company's annual budgeting process and monthly close processes.

• Drive dashboarding and automation to support internal and external reviews.

• Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis.

• Demonstrated passion for making a difference.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Focused, organized, results-oriented individual.

• Ability to work effectively and build strong relationships with business leaders.

• Minimal travel required <10%.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree from a leading institution in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, consulting, or accounting.

• Experience in financial accounting and corporate finance.

• Experience with analytical, financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including power pivots, working with large datasets etc.

• Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to all levels of the organization.

Preferred:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, CPA, CMA or related field, a plus.

• Superior problem solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative).

• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations.

• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, and Microsoft Business Intelligence, PowerBI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, a plus.
