Position Summary
This role, supporting the Corporate FP&A team, will provide analytical support to the CFO Leadership Team and broader organization to help drive both ad hoc and enterprise-level decisions. By partnering with leadership across Corporate and the divisions, this role will provide financial insight into business performance, to drive the decision-making process for strategic initiatives. This role will also work closely with the Consolidations FP&A team to help support monthly management reporting and forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range strategic planning, and ad hoc project support. The position is located at Constellation's Aqueduct office in Rochester, NY.
Responsibilities
Analyze business cases, develop complex, dynamic financial models and run scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
Perform enterprise-level Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis to support capital allocation decision making, periodic M&A activity and various other "what-if" analysis
Gather, consolidate, and manage large datasets from various sources to support business analytics initiatives
Perform trend analysis and variance analysis to provide actionable insights
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmarks
Use analytical tools to assess the company's competitive position and potential growth opportunities
Partner with various departments, including operations, marketing, and sales, to support data-driven decision-making
Support the development and analysis of periodic forecasting and planning activities
Assist in the preparation of consolidated forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall financial strategy
Assist in the development of executive-level presentations and present data-driven insights to senior management, helping to guide strategic decision-making
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
Communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to senior management and other stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business (Finance/Accounting) or Economics
MBA in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred but not required
At least five years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting or Consulting preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Familiarity with OneStream software preferred, but not required
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
Outstanding financial acumen, including comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
Experience presenting successfully to Senior Leadership
Customer/Quality focus, with ability to cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability
Highly motivated, change-oriented, and able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities

The salary range for this role is:
$71,600.00 - $107,400.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
