Further, she or he generates forecasts and analyzes trends in revenues, expenses, currency variations, and other areas of business, as well as researching and reporting economic progressions to assist the organization's financial planning. At this career level, the incumbent provides leadership and individual expertise in the conduct of major financial analysis for important issues. Using this high level of expertise, the analyst creates financial models of complex "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions in areas such as new marketing programs and alternate ministry models. He or she often coaches and oversees the work of other analysts and related staff.
