Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description Job Description Century Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our client’s team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Expected starting base salary $90,000 to $105,000 per year. Job Description: Lead the annual firm-wide budget process and prepare monthly variance analyses to compare budgeted and actual results.

Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly financial reporting packages. Maintain and update financial models as needed. Assist with the month-end close financial accounting process.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required. 5 years of experience in professional services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel (functions and macros); familiarity with SQL is a plus. Ability to develop complex financial analyses, interpret trends, and communicate financial data meaningfully to executives and users.
