The most important thing we build is TRUST Overview Support all aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis function for corporate, including but not limited to: develop short and long range planning, analyze complex financial issues and provide business recommendations to Leadership, liaise with divisional analysts, produce monthly reports, support special projects and endeavors, analyze results compared to budgets/forecasts, and provide ad hoc reports for use by Leadership in the organization for decision-making purposes. Responsibilities Function as a subject matter expert on financial operations Develop and implement strategies for budgeting, forecasting, modeling, identifying and explaining variances, financial reporting and internal controls Identify opportunities and support major initiatives for continuous improvement in support of internal controls and financial reporting processes Coordinate investment planning and cost control processes Providing regular and ad hoc financial analyses and information.

Coordinates with other Finance and Company leaders, areas and activities to ensure consistency and integrity of data Operates in accordance with all legal, regulatory, ethical and Company requirements, including government FAR / cost accounting standards, Company policies, Operating Framework, and departmental instructions Analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, support proposal activities, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, and the impact of governmental requirements Thorough understanding of financial statements and interdependencies of general ledger accounts Participates in Corporate financial review meetings Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field 8+ years of experience with financial analysis, reporting and forecasting 8+ years of experience with using financial systems and data query tools Preferred:

Master's Degree or MBA in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of experience with financial systems and data query tools in large/complex businesses Proficient with Microsoft Excel and developing financial models Experience with FAR and Government Cost Accounting Standards Experience with defense, aerospace, or manufacturing with job cost accounting SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP experience Oracle Hyperion experience Experience Managing or Leading a Team Salary Range: $141,000- $220,000 Annually.
