A brighter future is in your hands. We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our Seasonal Business.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for performing financial reporting and analysis

  • Responsible for multiple locations

  • Responsible for preparation of annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasting

  • Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Prepare reports and projections based on analysis

  • Routine communication with all levels of the organization relating to financial close, issues and deliverables

  • Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries

  • Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance

Skills we're seeking:

  • Energized candidate looking for career opportunity in a growing and evolving company

  • Finance, Accounting, Business or related Bachelor's degree

  • 1 to 3 years of P&L analysis experience

  • Experience in a matrix organization

  • Proficiency with Excel modeling (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc), PowerPoint presentations and other financial software

  • Precise, deadline-driven, mature-minded, organized, communicative and creative team member

  • Strategic thinker

  • Ability to influence and persuade

Responsibilities Senior Digital Advertising Strategist is on the front-end of all digital marketing components for clients, serving as liaison between the Paid Digital Media Operations team, Account Managers and Clients. The Senior Account Strategist is the de facto Chief Marketing Officer of the Agency who sets the communication strategy for advertising campaigns with clients plus establishes the goals and objectives, target audience, message and tone in which the campaign should be delivered. They are responsible for ensuring all project components from media planning to launch, reporting and analytics are executed and delivered accurately and on time. They work very closely with the digital and analytics teams making sure that campaign performance is meeting client goals, optimizations are made on a regular basis, that there is a good streamlined process for daily workflow, and that all client deliverables are sent on time and include actionable insights and analysis. The Strategist must be able to connect the dots in the customer journey and align all agency disciplines to ensure we are delivering the very best brand experiences for our clients. Responsibilities include: * working with the client to establish their aims and objectives * managing account managers to deliver and quality control agency services * developing ideas and pinpointing business problems * analyzing and interpreting a variety of information, market reports and trends * interpreting the implications of qualitative and quantitative research * working with colleagues to develop ideas for a campaign * monitoring the success of the campaign as it runs, suggesting changes and improvements where necessary * keeping up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers' views and attitudes * monitoring competitive activity, promotions and ad campaigns * making presentations to clients and agency staff * evaluating campaign effectiveness * analyzing client sales data * analyzing new platforms and technologies Qualifications * 15+ years of experience in direct marketing and digital advertising; both client and agency experience a plus * MBA a plus * Fluency in client targeting, segmentation and use of digital marketing tools and technologies * A thorough knowledge of marketing principles, branding and customer acquisition strategies * Must be able to understand each client's business model and sales channels. * Competency in MS Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook * Familiarity with Ad Words.
