The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial analysis and business decision support to the division and location leadership for current programs and new opportunities. The candidate will analyze, review and report financial and operational results as well as support development of business plans for new and existing opportunities, and providing financial analyses for senior management decision support and corporate strategic planning. The position will support multiple sites, programs and leaders.
This is a remote position where you will work 100% out of your home office.
Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
Track and report against location and program KPIs.
Assisting with strategic plan, annual budget, monthly forecasting and monthly close processes.
Understanding key business drivers and provide financial and business guidance.
Support and assisting project teams with financial guidance.
Developing financial projections and building financial models.
Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
Performs ad hoc financial modeling projects to support existing and new business opportunities.
Develops detailed financial models of existing and new divisions.
Provides on-going support and training of accounting system to various users.
Provides on-going maintenance of accounting system and financial reports.
Manages financial system upgrades, implementation and conversion initiatives.
Completes other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 3 years progressive experience with financial analysis or corporate finance.
Thorough understanding of financial reports and financial modeling required.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with developing complex financial models.
Demonstrated project management, marketing research, and analytical skills.
Ability to effectively organize information, manage tasks, and analyze data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience with developing and presenting complex topics to senior management.
Knowledge of accounting systems (Lawson preferred), financial reporting software.
