Job Description: ACT1 Federal is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst with expertise in US Navy Expeditionary Command and Control Programs. The Senior Financial Analyst with be charged with supporting Navy-ERP, Enterprise Data Warehouse, NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) and procurement processing and tracking.

THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DoD requirements, policies, and procedures related to acquisition.
• Oversees the management of all team members supporting all tasks.
• Responsible for the delivery of timely, high quality and accurate deliverables.
• Assists the Program Office in the acquisition, financial health/status management, production, and delivery of cognizant programs.
• Ensures team members are properly trained and knowledgeable in their area of responsibilities in support of NSWC PC, including access to relevant databases and systems.   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance is required.

• Active Secret clearance required.

• Nine (9) or more years’ experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) Program Management and Financial Management contracts, technical and business aspects of DoD acquisition policy and regulations.

• Experience support Navy-ERP, Enterprise Data Warehouse, NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) and procurement and tracking is required.

• Nine (9) years’ experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) analysis is required.

• Experience with the following programs:
• Primavera Project Management
• Microsoft Project
• Microsoft Project online
• Microsoft Excel
• Milestone Pro

Desired:

• Understanding and past experience with NAVSEA

• Understanding of Joint Expeditionary Command and Control (JEXC2)
