Raytheon's Intelligence, Information, and Services Business is seeking a Senior Finance Program Control Analyst for the Advanced Mission Solution programs in Largo, Florida. You will be part of a Finance team that is responsible for maintaining total project cost excellence in areas of Earned Value, revenue forecasting, and corporate reporting.

Responsibilities and labor grade will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications. The following assignments that may be required in this role are:

  • Accounting data extraction and reconciliation

  • Preparation of Work Authorization Documents

  • Development of time-phased, integrated budgets

  • Monitor costs and manpower ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective

  • Measure performance (earned value) on a monthly basis and generate EV reports, graphs, and perform analysis

  • Provide internal reports on cost and schedule performance to Program Leadership and CAMs

  • Prepare internal program review presentations for Raytheon management

  • Develop financial Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for submittal to customers (incl. CFSR and CPR/IPMR)

  • Monitor billing status, unbilled issues, and cash collections

  • Work with leadership team to accurately forecast Bookings, Sales, Profit, Cash and provide variance analysis

Required Skills:

  • Requires a related university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Strong background in project controls/program controls/business management including proficiency with EVMS, cost analysis, and forecasting.

  • Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and reconciliations required.

  • Complete understanding of concepts and techniques related to program controls. Concepts include but are not limited to earned value management, forecasting, strategic planning, variance analysis, etc.

  • Good mathematical and analytical skills.

  • Strong Excel skills required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact with various functional organizations.

  • Must be capable of multi-tasking while keeping attention to details.

  • Must have at least an active Top Secret or SSBI clearance.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with program controls and/or corporate finance with a classified customer.

  • Experience with Microframe Program Manager (MPM) and be knowledgeable in working with SAP reporting

  • Requires a related university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience.
