Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated capability to translate business needs into data solutions and optimize end to end

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL and Power Pivot required. Experience in financial planning tools such as Jedox preferred

  • Demonstrated agility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Strong partnering capabilities, collaborative and inclusive when working with others

  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and comfortable working through ambiguity

  • BS/BA degree in Finance, Economics or Information Systems

  • 5+ years related work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Lead continuous journey on planning report standardization and democratization: create standardized reports that's easy to refresh with a push of a button, can be leveraged both internally and by partners who don't have Jedox (corporate revenue planning tool) access

  • Standardize definitions for planning KPIs and re-assess for each planning cycle given evolving business

  • Proactively adopt technologies such as machine learning to drive efficiencies in planning

  • Responsible for target consolidation and reporting needs throughout budget cycles

  • Architect and drive reporting infra changes to enable agility at scale

  • Partner with stakeholder teams for roadmap alignment and execution
