Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage financial team, fostering an inclusive and results-oriented culture

• Develop high-performing business partners and strengthen the company finance succession plan

• Establish financial reporting structure promoting accountability and aligning with business goals

• Develop intuitive revenue and cost metrics to guide decision-making

• Create a portfolio strategy to maximize profitable market share and growth opportunities

• Assess M&A opportunities

• Partner with the broader finance and leadership team to set budget targets

• Own the process of creating business cases and presentations

• Govern capital and expenses in alignment with approved investments

• Train business partners on financial concepts and provide accessible information

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

• 7+ years of related experience

• Proven experience in financial leadership roles

• Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset

• Dynamic leadership abilities

• Excellent communication
