Description and Requirements

This position will support Lenovo's Global Product Services Team under the Services and Solutions Group and will report to the business unit CFO under the SSG HQ Finance Organization. The position will require to work in a cross functional environment in worldwide set up. This is a fast-paced position for someone who has strong analytical and communication skills.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the annual budget planning activities for the Global Product Services Team, interfacing with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy, financial goals and execution roadmap

• Serve as the Financial Lead for our Sustainability Business Unit by providing advice on business development & strategy and by overseeing its financial performance

• Preparation and presentation of the BU financial packages to SSG Senior Leadership Team

• Review investment plans for new offerings & monitor their execution

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Finance and product portfolio experience with full P/L scope, global experience

• Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic abilities

• Demonstrated financial acumen and overall business insights

• Strong presentation skillsets and storytelling

• Flexibility to work early morning and late evening hours to accommodate global calls, capable to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Experience in service industry is must

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Management

• Experience managing a P&L or Product Portfolio

• 8+ years of hands-on experience

• Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills with the ability to present to a leadership team

• Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $131,800 - $219,600. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commissions. Lenovo's various benefits can be found on [1] www.lenovobenefits.com.
