The salary range for this role, based in Illinois is $124,500.00 to $155,600.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

Managing and developing S&OP and CRM composite data models and automated reporting in PowerBI. This role will help supply data, reporting, and analytical visualizations to enable the performance narrative to be formed and gaps to ambitions to be identified.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain PowerBI reporting tools with our S&OP data, and integrate new S&OP data sources as they become available (including forecast accuracy, distributor forecast, shipment forecast)

  • Develop and maintain PowerBI reporting tools with our CRM data, and integrate new CRM data sources as they are brought on to replace legacy data sources

  • Develop data visualization use cases with key business partners and deliver analytical views within PowerBI that can be easily understood and leveraged to support the performance narrative

  • Engage internal analyst community to enable understanding of brand activation and post-event analysis garnered from CRM data sources

  • Key business partner for IT and NADESS (data governance) on S&OP and CRM data development initiatives, user acceptance testing, and ensuring data quality

  • Liaising with Snr Director DABI & Reporting/Analytics to develop and prioritize roadmap for new initiatives involving S&OP and CRM data

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Very good business acumen and composite data modeling capabilities

  • Strong knowledge of industry data sets (Nielsen / NABCA / DISCUS) and other sources insights to enable data visualization and narrative support

  • Knowledge of operational and financial complexities of the 3-tier system & data implications on performance management

  • Very strong project management skills - track record of driving strategic initiatives to completion

  • Strong communication, organization skills and experience working in a matrix organization structure

  • At least 5-10 years' experience in commercial, operations, or financial teams including working regularly with Executive level colleagues on business performance topics

  • High aptitude and ease in extracting insights from financial systems

  • Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization

Education

  • Required: University degree level Preferred: MBA Finance / Business
