Near Katy Freeway & 610W, Houston, TX Hours: Flexible first shift As a Senior Financial Coordinator, you will be responsible for communicating with title companies and internal team members regarding lot purchase transactions, reviewing closing documents for accuracy, maintaining reporting documents, monitoring transaction quantity, and collaborating with team members in new markets to establish correct procedures. Responsibilities: Liaise between title companies and internal teams for lot purchase transaction timing Coordinate and initiate lot purchases, and manage closing transactions Ensure accuracy of lot purchase closing documents through meticulous review Develop and maintain tracking documents to monitor and manage lot purchases efficiently Qualifications or Requirements: 5 years’ experience working with loan and closing process at a Mortgage or Title company.

Working knowledge of lot purchase contracts. Experience working with JDE is a plus Proficiency in MS Excel required such as formulas, graphs and charts, spreadsheets. Excellent communication by phone and deadline oriented required.
