About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Digital Technology and Innovation (DTI) organization in managing the non-labor expense budget.
In this role, you will:
Accurately forecast/budget the DTI non-labor expense
Support key management reporting processes including month end close, forecasting, and planning
Lead monthly vendor reviews with Technology line of business partners and CFO team
Provide financial guidance/consultation related to vendor contracts
Continue to improve reporting and vendor processes that meets brand standard and internal control standards
Collaborate and consult with Sourcing, Technology, CFO and Central Technology finance teams to resolve issues and achieve goals

Technical Skills:
A BS/BA degree or higher
Relevant employment experience in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Economics
Relevant employment experience in financial services / banking industry
Strong technical skills including reporting databases and Microsoft Office (and specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau)
Experience with controls compliance and documentation
General forecasting and accounting knowledge
Experience with Essbase
Soft Skills:
Ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixed environment
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to prepare and present analysis and recommendations
Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing and fostering strong partnerships
Sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement
Ability to influence and partner with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
