The Role

As a Senior Field and Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our channel partner ecosystem in San Jose, CA. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and programs to enable our channel partners, to optimize their performance, and accelerate revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on enablement and orchestrating field activities to enhance partner engagement and drive market penetration.

Job Responsibilities

· Develop and implement comprehensive channel marketing plans aligned with company objectives and partner requirements.

· Collaborate closely with channel partners to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities, and provide strategic guidance and support.

· Drive Google enablement initiatives by providing training, resources, and tools to enable partners to effectively market and sell our products and solutions.

· Plan and execute field marketing activities, including events, workshops, seminars, and campaigns, to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support partner-driven sales efforts.

· Create compelling marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and digital assets tailored to the needs and preferences of channel partners and their target audiences.

· Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable insights.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and marketing teams to align channel marketing efforts with overall business objectives and go-to-market strategies.

· Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing programs and initiatives, and continuously optimize strategies based on performance data and feedback.

· Oversee all aspects of marketing events, including logistics, venue selection, booth setup, staffing, collateral production, and post-event follow-up.

· Utilize dashboards and analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing programs and initiatives, and continuously optimize strategies based on performance data and feedback.

· Provide pre-event support to channel partners, including coordinating invitations, managing RSVPs, and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and delivered on time.

· Lead post-show event activities, including lead capture, lead qualification, and upload of qualified leads into CRM systems for timely follow-up by sales teams.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

· 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner enablement, or related roles in the technology industry.

· Proven track record of success in developing and executing channel marketing strategies and programs that drive partner engagement, enablement, and revenue growth.

· Deep understanding of Google enablement best practices and experience implementing Google-centric marketing initiatives.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.

· Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, performance measurement, and reporting tools.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for driving success through strategic partnerships.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $140,000.

Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) such as role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, geography, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.
