Responsibilities & Skills

Hiring FAE for key accounts in India, position based in Bangalore.

Lattice Semiconductor, the Low Power Programmable Leader and innovation driven FPGA company is hiring for a Field Applications Engineer (FAE) in Bangalore. FAE's at Lattice are impactful technical consultants who engage with top electronics OEMs in the world and support Lattice FPGA based design activities. This role is idea if you are energetic, passionate engineer and love supporting customers who are at the forefront of defining tomorrow's technology.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth technical support to customers in their selection and use of Lattice development tools, silicon and IP products that ensure design wins for Lattice.

• Formulate strategies to penetrate into existing FPGA customers and position Lattice appropriately against competition.

• Guide customers through their design process.

• Identify and analyze customer requirements, and compare Lattice and competitive solutions in order to maximize the customers use of Lattice products.

Requirements:

• BE/BTech/ME/MSc in Electronics and Telecommunications or equivalent.

• 10+ years of experience, should include one or more of the following:

• Strong digital electronics fundamentals and in-depth knowledge of RTL.

• FPGA design experience from RTL coding to board level debugging.

• Hands on with high speed FPGA designs, embedded processor, board level debugging will be a plus.

• Hands on with EDA tools like Mentor Graphics Modelsim, Synopsys synthesis tools is must.

• Knowledge about automotive and telecom domain will be a big plus.

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills and ability to work in sales environment.

• Willingness and ability to travel across India on regular basis.
