Job Summary:
Quantum Global Technologies LLC, (QGT), is seeking an energetic and motivated team player to fill a Senior Facilities Technician role to join our fast-paced, company-wide Facility Team reporting to the Site Manager. This is your opportunity to capitalize on your facility expertise and skills. Our Facility Team is growing and has opportunities that will provide both challenges and recognition for your successes
Safety is our number one priority. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to avoid exposure and protect the individual. The Production Technician follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality processes to perform parts cleaning and to meet the needs of our customers.
Essential Duties and

(other duties may be assigned)
  • Daily inspections, preventative maintenance, and reporting.
  • Follow work instructions to repair equipment in the order of importance.
  • Document all repairs to equipment and parts used for repairs.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies needed for facility.
  • Recognize immediate and potential safety hazards and pursue appropriate courses of action to resolve. Participate in safety audits/reviews.
  • Work on any and all special projects assigned by the plant manager. This may include low voltage electrical, plumbing, and/or painting/drywall repair. Follow Logout/Tag out protocol
  • Outside Lighting maintenance.
  • Be part of the Emergency Response Team
  • Install facility and production equipment and perform non-production site installations in accordance with installation plans and instructions from supervisor
  • Ensure equipment and installation spare parts are in stock and order new supply in accordance with purchasing procedures
  • Jointly work with external contractors on repair, maintenance and installation jobs
  • Ensure that all relevant safety procedures, environmental procedures, regulatory and statutory requirements are met
  • Participation in Quality Assurance program, safety program and completion of various trainings
  • Safe use and disposition of hazardous chemicals
  • Suggestions for further improvement of production facility and work methods.
Required Qualifications/

  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience Facility maintenance.
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Good verbal and written communications
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule including some weekend and evening work.
  • Must wear work area PPE: Safety Glasses, Safety Shoes & Hearing Protection
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • HVAC Experience
Preferred Qualifications/

  • Electrical Certification
  • Able to read voltmeters
  • Previous experience in Facility Maintenance (Scheduled/ Non-Scheduled)
  • Computer literate, knowledge of MS Word and Excel is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the Parts Cleaning industry a major plus

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
