We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to support our CEO/Founder. Position Overview: Are you an experienced executive assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
Our CEO/Founder is looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized individual to provide top-tier support. This isn’t just about managing a calendar or booking travel – it’s about being the CEO’s right hand, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. As the Senior Executive Assistant, you’ll be the vital link between our CEO and the rest of the high-level leadership team.
You’ll handle a wide range of tasks, from coordinating meetings and preparing reports to managing confidential information with the utmost discretion. Your role is crucial in keeping the CEO’s professional and personal life organized and prioritized. What You’ll Do:
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Handle highly confidential information with the greatest discretion and maintain the highest level of trust.
Assist with personal administrative tasks as needed, ensuring the CEO’s personal and professional lives are well-organized. Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Organize and prioritize tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
Support the CEO in various business ventures and initiatives, providing insights and assistance as needed. About You: You’re not just any executive assistant; you have extensive experience supporting high-profile executives and are adept at managing multiple priorities.
You’re an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and you can anticipate the CEO’s needs before they even arise. You’re proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, and while a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, it’s not a deal-breaker. Professionalism and discretion are your hallmarks.
You understand the importance of confidentiality and trust and are comfortable handling sensitive information. You’re also a natural at connecting with others and managing relationships between the CEO and other high-level leaders. Why Join Us:
