PROJECTS: Commercial, private education, healthcare, multifamily and municipal projects up to $150M each, combined bonding capacity $300M. Average cash flow $140M and $200M (2024) in Preconstruction phase. TECHNOLOGY: Project Management team works on the Windows platform utilizing Microsoft Professional, Oracle Primavera Contract Management, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam to plan, track and successfully control projects.

Drone photos and videos may be taken periodically and shared with the clients to enrich the awareness of milestone completion.
