This role is part of the Administrative Support Services business unit within the Chase Travel Group. This team is dedicated to supporting the businesses of Independent Travel Advisors with FROSCH. You will be working with seasoned advisors on travel related bookings, administrative tasks, and client facing interactions
Job responsibilities
Complete travel arrangements from their initial request to completion
Be a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the very best traveler experience in each situation
Remain current on value we provide to each customer
Adapt, change, and be versatile with the shifting landscape of the Travel Industry
Be responsive to client's needs and issue resolution with excellent communication and follow up
Embrace new technology and ways of working that promote flexibility to adjust quickly to shifting needs of the business
Interact with VIP clients to solicit travel preferences and initial profile information

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Minimum of 5 years of managing travel for music tours and production
Capability to setup PNR's, ticketing, and exchange tickets
Minimum 5 years of recent, native GDS experience on Sabre
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Word
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
Strong sense of urgency as well as flexibility to change as needed
Deliver the Unexpected to surpass client expectations
Ability to work well within a team to ensure worldwide coverage for clients
