The Senior Account Executive is responsible for developing advanced relationships within Altice Business' named target companies and existing assigned customer accounts in an assigned geographic area.

  • The Senior Account Executive generates new customer relationships working with strategic accounts and prospects.

  • These accounts are defined by the sales team in each region and approved by Senior Management. Increases the net revenue and share of business in those assigned accounts according to a Yield Plan.

  • Develops strong relationships with decision makers in target prospect and customer accounts, leading to the sale of Altice Business products and services to solve identified business problems.

  • Develops and effectively manages a funnel of active opportunities sufficient to meet future quota objectives, as defined.

  • Meets quota objectives on a periodic basis, as assigned, and accurately forecasts projected sales while complying with company processes and policies.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • 5+ years sales experience with large accounts required.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop, manage and close sales opportunities on a consistent basis, following prescribed methodology.

  • Demonstrated ability to make professional presentations to customers and prospects, and communicate complex technical issues in layman's terms.

  • Solid understanding of telecommunications and Information Technology concepts and fundamentals.

  • Proven history of excellent customer service and ability to build solid customer relationships with a full understanding of the dynamics and techniques of relationship management.

As part of the Altice Value Added Reseller (VAR) Sales Management Team, The Senior VAR Account Executive works with the VAR Sales team and the Channel Managers to support the sales of Altice Services nationally across all platforms. This position is also responsible for assisting the team in varied ways to ensure that the team performs consistently to meet revenue goals. * Works with Altice VAR Sales team and the associated Altice Channel Managers on a day to day basis selling and supporting Altice Services/process to and for Business Customers * Working through and with Altice VAR Sales team sell Lightpath, Optimum and Suddenlink products and services to all prospective Altice Business customers * Serve customers as a single point of contact and provide "cradle to grave" account management in support of the customer and VAR Sales team relationship * Work closely with Altice Sales Directors and Vice Presidents in the selling of Altice's Strategic Commercial Sales products and services to accounts throughout the Altice footprint nationwide. * Understand all aspects of Altice USA's product suite including all features, product equipment and functionality, pricing, and installation issues. * Meet with Agents/prospects to assess online needs and develop a sales strategy. * Manage and maintain customer relationships and grow revenue from existing accounts. * Provides constant feedback to Sales Management team regarding customer and Agent satisfaction, dissatisfaction, future customer needs and reactions to current offers as well as competitive situations. * Compile information to develop business cases to cost justify building cable plant into multicommercial tenant buildings. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience * Three plus years of successful sales or support experience in the commercial channel telecommunications industry preferred * Possess solution selling skills and ability to close new business * Proven record of strong negotiation and problem solving skills, i.e. proof of past sales achievements including percentages of quota attainment preferred * Proven track record of success in sales of telecommunications or consumer electronics preferred, but not required.
