We have an immediate opening for a strong, hands on Senior Engineer North American Supply Chain Solution Delivery team. In this role you'll assist with leading the Supply Chain Solution Delivery Team in multiple IT disciplines including Functional, Non-Functional, Application, Testing, Quality Assurance and Deployment disciplines for delivering the Blue Yonder

  • Transportation Management System. You'll bring significant experience providing software engineering supporting the design of complex and enterprise scale systems to meet business needs for an international retail company. Provide technical leadership on designs that address critical business needs of a large-scale supply chain and logistics implementation of products across multiple sites. Your strong experience and familiarity with other, global Transportation Management systems will be considered. Your prior supply chain operational skills will provide a basis for real-world use and testing of our software systems. Using knowledge of industry best practices and business analysis skills you will help plan, analyze and define leading solutions to our rapidly growing North American and Canadian divisions including Marshalls, Homegoods, TJMaxx, and Winners.

Position Description:

Perform software engineering and configuration supporting the design of complex and enterprise scale systems to meet business needs for an international retail company. Provide technical leadership on designs that address critical business needs. Responsible for solution design decisions for multi-million dollar projects that impact productivity, efficiency and profitability of the company.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Provide solution architecture and technical design guidance and assistance to project teams in the configuration, testing, implementation, and support of technical solutions.

  • Develop new features and services that are medium-high level of complexity working with the product/platform/infrastructure/security team

  • Design, code, test, deploy & support working software /technology component, working collaboratively with architects and other engineers.

  • Build systems and services that have immediate impact for our business.

  • Create Threat Model, Architecture, Estimates, Design, Code, COTS configuration for the required business feature.

  • Responsible for code analysis, debugging, review and execution of unit/integration tests.

  • Responsible for delivering clean, secure, performant code /technology component that meets all the non-functional requirements. Create test automation scripts.

  • Responsible for achieving operational excellence as part of delivering feature.

  • Acts in Lead Engineer capacity for medium to large initiatives, prioritizing and assigning tasks, providing guidance and resolving issues.

  • Sets up application jobs, creates test data, and supports deployment, all at a medium to high level of complexity.

  • Leads discussions on design approaches to solving visible, strategic and complex business problems.

  • Adheres to Sarbanes Oxley compliance and all TJX Company standards as applicable.

  • Fully Owns Epics with decreasing guidance.

Qualifications:Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Master's Degree preferred, or a directly related field plus five (5) years of Information Technology experience. Experience must include:

  • Five (5) years' experience in supply chain design, development, configuration, unit testing and implementation for medium to large scale retailers, preferably in the Blue Yonder ( JDA ) suite of Supply Chain systems

  • Implementation experience with packaged solutions within an agile environment

  • Familiar with Global Integration Framework

  • Five (5) years' development experience, transportation management systems, Multi Carrier Integrations, hands on experience configuring inbound and outbound workflows.

  • Hands on experience with installation, troubleshooting environmental and performance issues

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle database technologies

  • Oracle SQL, Store Procedures, and Business Intelligence.
  • Experience interpreting functional needs and writing or editing solution designs for new systems, systems changes, or system enhancements.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of software development lifecycle.

  • Knowledge of & experience in multiple of each: programming language (e.g. Java, C# etc.), scripting language (Javascript, powershell, bash etc.) & database query language (SQL etc.).

  • Knowledge of & experience in Computer Algorithms and Programming.

  • Knowledge of & experience in Software Design & Architecture.

  • Knowledge of & experience in DevSecOps best practices. Maintains broad knowledge in the business applications / services that comprise a given domain.

  • Knowledge and experience to design and implement business functionality in their assigned Platform(s)/Product(s)/Product Line(s)

  • Travel could be up to 10%

This position will be responsible for building a quality management system that supports non-clinical and clinical process development and manufacturing compliance. He/she will support Regulatory affairs (RA) with representing Cytiva to external agencies and will champion the evolution of the quality culture for the sites supported by the QMS. Responsibilities will include close collaboration with Regulatory Affairs and QA Operations to ensure relevant external & internal monitoring insights feed into the continuous improvement of the Quality Management system, quality objectives and key performance indicators. What you'll do * Develop and lead the Cytiva GMP Quality Management System complaint to 21 CFR 820/210/ 211 regulations, EU directives, ICH Q 8,9,10, EU and US pharmacopeia standards. * Provide leadership and oversight to ensure Procedures, Work Instructions, and support tools such as Guidance Documents, Subject Matter Experts engagement, communication, training and effectiveness monitoring result in a robust, compliant and executable Quality System. * Understand external requirements and expectations, user and business needs and take proactive measures to leverage the QMS as a competitive advantage for the business. * Develop, implement, continuously improve and support applicable QMS eDMS system(s), ensuring compliance, usability, effectiveness and efficiency. * Develop QMS relevant processes, improvement plans & lead efforts to reduce risk through evaluation of internal and external feedback. * Ensure process efficiency and compliance effectiveness by working with documentation control and training teams * Co-ordinate independent audits of the global QMS processes.
