Senior Mechanical Engineer

Role Summary: Responsible for leading and managing project teams in the planning, design, construction, and project management of capital improvement projects for Milwaukee County.
Manage projects and provide subject matter expertise in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems. Provide exceptional customer service.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Current resident of USA.
Valid Driver's License and must able to obtain valid WI Driver's License within 6 months of employment.
Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Mechanical engineering, project management.
Preferred: P.E. (Professional Engineer) license.
Must have thorough knowledge of theories, principles, and practices of mechanical engineering. Familiarity with theories, principles, and practices of construction.
Ability to prepare analytical engineering reports on complex public works project
