Senior Engineer - EPT

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1)Should be able to Fabricate and perform Post mortem analysis of coincells, Pouch cells, and Other batteries formats

2. Conceptualization, Layout, Design and Development of battery formats of various capacities

3. Must Know-how and understanding on Batteries including Lithium, Sodium, Potassium fabrication and analysis

4. Must Know-how on technical details to operate , use and maintain gloveboxes for Battery related applications

5. Must Understand, operate and analysis Softwares for XRD like topaz, Xpert , Eva etc

6. Must operate and analysis different particles in FESEM, and EDS, and Prepare reports in timely manner as prescribed

7. Functional Testing, System/Component Benchmarking of battery and other related EV components

8. Coordination with other design departments/ suppliers & related agencies for design and development Activities

9. Must operate, maintain ICP, DSC, for analyis and submit reports as on demand

10. Must be experienced in sample prepartion and Ensure data quality and integrity across all analytics outputs

11)Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the team's capabilities.

12)Provide quick and reproducible solutions for various analytical challenges

13)Expertise in wet chemistry techniques

14)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and deliver accordingly

15. Test the fabricated batteries with wrt to all Electrochemical Techniques and report the findings
