Overview
PK is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager. The candidate for this role will drive growth through new opportunity pursuit, strategic relationship-building, and high-quality delivery of our project teams. This individual should be high energy, customer-centric, and possess a proven track record in end-to-end digital experience, strategic consulting and/or technology services in the high-tech sector. This role is based out of the Strategy & Design practice in Seattle.
Responsibilities
Coach and develop project managers as they build their people, client, and business development skills
Lead managers and teams of consultants across a portfolio of strategy, digital and data engagements
Oversee delivery, consultant satisfaction and client satisfaction for our work
Own account development and revenue responsibility for footprints within the strategic account
Build account plans and identify required resources, budget and personnel to ensure success
Serve as a cross-functional account lead, bringing in appropriate leaders and resources from vertical, solution and service line teams to develop senior relationships, expand our footprint and drive growth at key accounts
Expand executive relationships and become trusted advisor for executive client roles (Marketing VP, CRO, CDO, CMO, CX, CIO etc) and their leadership teams
Position and sell PK Digital Transformation solutions (end to end from strategy and design through build and run) to key clients
Serve as PK evangelist and thought leader through relevant events and account-based marketing efforts
Qualifications
Established reputation and personal brand with Technology accounts
10+ years in prior consulting experience, with 3+ years as a manager of people and teams, and delivering projects to technology clients
A confirmed ability to develop and lead Digital Transformation conversations with client executives
Direct experience with account leadership and business development for technology accounts in professional services or agency environment; experience and relationships with high tech clients highly preferred
Proven experience achieving revenue targets and driving strategic growth
A track record of effectively managing several organizations and project teams to uncover additional opportunities
Well-honed written, verbal and interpersonal skills with strong emotional IQ and "driver" mindset
Proven ability to lead and develop teams with balance of growth mindset and accountability
