What you'll be doing:

Provide highest level end-user technical computing break/fix support to users through troubleshooting, tracking, resolving, and reporting progress and resolution of problems as it related to endpoint. Primarily responsible for all endpoint and vulnerability management.

On any given day, you'll:

• Research, evaluate, implement, and oversee device management technologies and make recommendations for implementation. • Management of MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) and Intune environments. • Design, implement, and manage endpoint security solutions, including antivirus software, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. • Ensure that endpoint security systems are configured and maintained in accordance with security best practices and industry standards. • Monitor network and endpoint security systems to detect and respond to security and incident response efforts.• Stay up to date on the latest endpoint management and security trends/developments.• Troubleshoot, track, resolve, and report progress and resolution of problems in IT's end user technical environment.• Provide level 3 technical support to users.• Provide end-user service request fulfillment for installations, move, adds and changes for the end-user technical environment.• Support IT asset management process.• Coach and mentor less experienced staff.

Here's what we expect

• 6+ years' endpoint computing management

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Related Field.

• Relevant Microsoft Certifications:

o Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)o Configuring / Operating Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktopo Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

Necessary Knowledge and Abilities

• Knowledge of endpoint management and security tools.• Knowledge of the insurance industry. • Knowledge of ServiceNow.• Strong knowledge of asset management methodologies, processes, and technologies. • Strong ability to coach and mentor less experienced staff. • Superior communications skills. • Knowledge of IT (Information Technology) asset management processes. • Superior technical advising skills. • Ability to learn CM Group IT systems, methodologies and processes, and policies, products, etc., associated with the business.

Exact compensation will vary based on consideration of a variety of factors including education, skills, experience, and location.

USD $32.71/Hr.

Maximum Compensation

USD $49.07/Hr.
