The Boeing Company is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Employee Recognition and Platform Project Manager to join our dynamic Boeing Store's team. As the Platform and Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing The Boeing recognition program's platform by project managing on-going stability efforts and assigned modernization projects.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead projects, provide technical support, and leverage data analysis to optimize the platform and ensure its success. This position will be located in Mukilteo, WA.
Boeing Stores is a fully integrated, multimillion-dollar subsidiary of the Boeing Company, and is a centralized experiential marketing function and P&L (Profit and Loss) operation that oversees and promotes the Boeing brand through strategic brand activations. This group leads multi-channel internal and global branded merchandise distribution and operation of Boeing's brand home and public attraction, Boeing Future of Flight, as well as the administration of Boeing's recognition program. Our customers are both Boeing employees and aviation enthusiasts around the world.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive project plan, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
Identify and engage project stakeholders, establish effective communication channels, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Build and lead a project team, assign tasks, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative and productive team environment
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to project plans. Implement appropriate control measures to address deviations and keep the project on track
Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project, taking proactive measures to minimize their impact
Oversee the Human Resources (HR) platform for the Boeing recognition program, ensuring its smooth operation and functionality
Develop and execute strategy and the technical roadmap for the HR platform, aligning it with the organization's goals and objectives. Present to all stakeholder levels for alignment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, manage approvals and execute updates to the HR platform
Manage and lead projects related to the HR platform and recognition initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the HR platform's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and recognition programs, incorporating them into the technical roadmap and platform enhancements
Provide technical expertise and support to end-users of the HR platform, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a positive user experience
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to propose, and implement new features, integrations or upgrades
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for the HR platform, ensuring that users have access to relevant resources and support
Monitor and analyze data and metrics related to the HR platform and recognition programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Project-manage when needed the BRP (Boeing Recognition Program) SOW (Statement of work)/ request for proposal process, including writing different sections of the SOW, making updates based on Software Engineering review, finalizing SOW for consistency, developing a supplier questionnaire to respond to SOW content, assigning question weight and criteria, creating a complex scorecard to record scores for supplier responses, and leading the evaluation of several segments of the supplier responses. Prepare for the future requirement to send the recognition program out for bid, select a supplier, and manage the transition
Attend weekly meetings with the BRP Team and E2E (Engaged 2 Excel) for status updates on issues and requests
Attend meetings with the BRP Team and HR for status updates on issues and requests twice a month
Review invoices received from supplier and assign correct charge lines
Maintain platform compliance and security requirements
Additional duties as assigned across Boeing Stores Inc
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in Excel and Access, with experience in creating complex spreadsheets and applications
Experience with project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Experience in data analysis and/or reporting
Experience with vendor management
Experience with recognition programs and related processes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $93,500-$126,500
