The Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine (ICRM) is a well-established, progressive and growing, 2-physician fertility clinic seeking a full-time experienced senior embryologist.

Duties include routine embryology procedures including vitrification, egg retrieval and identification, embryo transfers, micromanipulation for ICSI, laser assisted hatching, trophectoderm biopsy, QA/QC procedures, and documenting patient care. Assist with JHACO, CAPP, AAB, FDA compliance, maintenance of policies and protocols, submission of SART data, help with andrology when needed.

PhD/ELD certification preferred for potential Lab Director position.

ICRM offers a highly competitive salary, of $150-200,000 and benefits package in a low cost of living city; we offer relocation assistance and provide $1,000 annually for CME's. ICRM has a friendly work environment, long-term employees, and offers a high-tech yet small-office feel.

Provides programmatic leadership and regulatory, strategic, and policy advice to support Idaho Power's business objectives and to foster a culture of compliance. Utilizes knowledge and expertise in the review, development and implementation of Idaho Power's environmental compliance program. Supports interaction between Idaho Power and regulatory agencies. Work will include acting as the company's subject matter expert in one or more of the following areas: CAA, CWA (specifically SPCC and drinking water programs), RCRA/DOT TSCA, ATF, CERCLA. Primary job duties include: * Communicates Idaho Power's environmental compliance expectations, compliance obligations and policies. Provides recommendations for program improvements. * Interprets regulatory requirements and works with business units to develop and apply processes, procedures, and technology to ensure compliance. * Works with internal personnel to develop training content and delivers training pertinent to the environmental compliance program. * Represents Idaho Power in regulatory and compliance outreach activities through involvement in industry forums, advocacy and professional groups. * Collects waste samples, reviews and interprets analytical data, and provides recommendations based on analytical data. * Maintains and builds upon knowledge and expertise within current regulations and requirements. * Reviews related activities within contract statements of work. * Review and provide feedback on contractor bids against IPC environmental compliance conditions outlined in statements of work. * Assists with vendor due diligence evaluations related to regulatory requirements pertinent to the vendor's statements of work. Documents due diligence evaluations and provides risk-based recommendations for contracting with the vendors. Licenses & Certifications: N/A PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position works within the office and in the field. Walking/hiking is performed occasionally, up to 4-6 miles on uneven ground, ascents/descents, and at times on steep, unconsolidated slopes, in all seasons/weather conditions, (with the ability to take self-paced breaks when needed). Lifting of up to 37 lbs. to waist height, lifting up to 5 lbs. to shoulder height, pushing/pulling up to 10/11 lbs., and reaching is performed occasionally. Stooping/bending, crouching, kneeling, crawling, and twisting is required occasionally; sometimes in confined spaces. Climbing of ladders and stairs is performed occasionally.
