Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Job Description Job Description This position requires an experienced embedded software engineer who specializes in embedded Linux and MCU firmware development to join the Venstar IoT Devices Engineering Team. You will be involved in the efforts to develop and enhance the current and future cloud connected Venstar smart devices and products.

Salary Range: $133,900.00 to $185,400.00 Skills and Requirements: Expert in C/C++ and embedded firmware concepts (over-the-air firmware upgrades, peripheral interfaces, power consumption management, etc.) Excellent understanding of cloud connected firmware design processes Excellent understanding of interfacing with API endpoints Experience with embedded GUI development Excellent grasp of fundamental computer science concepts, good at solving complex technical problems, and using common design patterns High standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance Experience:
