Snap One is looking for a Senior Embedded DevOps Engineer to expand and maintain their CI/CD pipelines in their Lehi office. An ideal candidate will have over five years' experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines on Jenkins and Github. They will be comfortable creating and working containers in Docker and Kubernetes and experience with multiple scripting languages, Python, Groovy and Bash. This candidate will demonstrate DevOps best practices including inter team collaboration and documentation Runbooks. The Senior Embedded DevOps Engineer will be able to evangelize DevOps best practices and successfully work beside other developers. The successful individual will demonstrate intellectual curiosity, accountability, attention to detail and business acumen.

Specific Responsibilities

• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Github Actions

• Manage Cmake, Yocto Builds

• Document Runbooks

• Create and deploy Docker containers to Docker and Kubernetes on prem

• IaC Infrastructure scripting using Ansible, Terraform, etc…

• Administer and Query MySQL Databases

• Set up and administer Linux servers

• Create new processes and set up new environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

• 5+ years' of DevOps experience

• Script language skills - Python, Groovy, Bash, etc.

• CI/CD pipeline experience using Jenkins and at least one other, preferably Github Actions

• On prem Windows and Linux server administration

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud experience: AWS, Azure or Google Cloud

• Virtual Machine Server administration

• Embedded development experience using Yocto

• Experience with MySQL
