Role Overview:

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in the design and development of electrical systems for diverse and complex projects. You will lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create high-performance, energy-efficient, and sustainable solutions that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the conceptual and detailed design of electrical systems for a wide range of projects including commercial, residential, healthcare, and institutional developments.

- Utilize your expertise to develop innovative approaches for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and security systems.

- Conduct thorough analysis and calculations to ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and project specifications.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.

- Collaborate closely with architects, clients, and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated design solutions.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering design for building systems.

- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, etc.).

- Strong understanding of local and national electrical codes and regulations.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.

- Proven track record in project management and team leadership.
