We are currently recruiting for a qualified Senior Electrical Engineer (Antenna Simulation). This position provides an opportunity to further advance on cutting-edge technology. This position will be responsible for the development and integration of antenna systems into products with challenging ID.
Define antenna requirements / concepts at early stage of the project
Design, optimize and define validation plans to ensure antenna system performance meets/exceed internal and customer goals.
Work with cross discipline groups (ME, ID , RF, Regulatory ) to ensure antenna system design goals are met.
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve system level antenna RF-issues.
Participate in team effort to meet all regulatory and performance goals.
Support manufacturing process, test plans, fixture design.
Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time, deliver on time and work well as a team member in a team consisting of cross-functional team.
Mentor Junior team members.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in RF and antenna product development.
Strong RF background with a good mechanical understanding.
Experience with Antenna design for high volume manufacturing.
Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings/schematics.
Experience in antenna design related to Complex antenna systems supporting multiple technologies and communication protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, UMTS/LTE, Advance LTE, MIMO).
Experience with antenna simulation tools & design tools ( CST, HFSS, )
Experience with antenna measurements (Efficiency, OTA, throughput, ..)
Experience with Antenna system prototyping and implementation.
Good engineering work practice and self-motivated, Attention to details, & problem solving skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Solid knowledge of antenna fundamental and radiation theory, EM Numerical simulation tools.
